We want you to be happy with your order. Since all products are made-to-order using Printify, we have a clear and simple return policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- you ordered the wrong size or color
- you changed your mind
- you no longer want the item
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or refund.
To request help, you must:
- Contact us (palmviceshop@proton.me) within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Send clear photos showing the issue (required)
- Wait for confirmation from our support team
No need to return the item in most cases.
Based on Printify policy, issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery and verified with photos to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
If your claim is approved:
- refunds are issued to your original payment method or store credit (depending on the situation)
- replacements are produced and shipped at no extra cost
Lost packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
